test pipe or high flow cat

which is better, i don't have to worry about emissions so i don't want to hear the it won't pass emissions without a cat. i am leaning towards a test pipe coming off my hooker headers and 3" y pipe.

There is a lot of information if you use the search feature. A nice High-Flow convertor will not hurt performance, and will make your car smell better.
