True duals

Is there any way to run true duals, I’ve been to a few muffler shops and they said it couldn’t be done, or that the price to do it wasn’t worth the results. I have a cat back system on mine now, sounds good, just looking for more.

Re: True duals

true duals sound awsome imo but unless you can get them custom fabbed in the stock location to tuck up high and if you have a motor to benifit from them i wouldnt do it. i had them on both my thirdgens and i loved the sound but it was loud and i scraped on everything since i wasnt able to get them tucked the way i want. if you need the extra flow go with a single 3-4in exhaust im going with a single 3.5 with a cutout then 3in into a stock ls1 muffler.

2" tubing up to 100 hp per pipe

2.25" tubing up to 160 hp per pipe

2.5" tubing up to 200 hp per pipe

3" tubing up to 300 hp per pipe

92 RS camaro = 170hp stock
92 Z28 camaro = 205hp stock

a single 3 inch catback is more than enough for you car.

How did you come up with this? A couple guys I know make more than 300 rwhp with a single 3" exhaust. One did 415 rwhp throught a borla cat back and the other did 575rwhp through a hooker catback, both are single 3".. I have never had my car on a dyno but am making an estimated 415-430rwhp on a 100 shot through a single 3"

Re: True duals

Well I bet if you were to put a more suitable exhaust on your car, you'd probably be making more power, as well as your friends.
