Extreme backpressure.
Steps
Fix her rear view mirror.
Suspend her driving privilages for a few days.
Side Pipe if problem happens alot.
Seriously.
Take stick or wire, clean out, May have bent or kinked pipe
as to flow.
Open exhaust ahead of rear enough to start car and
get to where can work on it and unplug it if thats all
thats wrong.

I'm really sorry man, but I have to lock this. It's not thirdgen related. I would just do what was said above, get a long stick or wire and go to town. It's kind of like when someone shoves a potato in a tailpipe, the car will not start. I would inspect the whole exhaust also.
