BORLA
Two brand new custom borla 3.5 mufflers and some stainless steel 3 inch pipe. Sweet you would think.. for free.. even better. But the delima i am faced with is i do not know what pipe i have right now i belive it is a 2.5 pipe going into my flowmaster. I need to get from 2.5 to 3.5, need to know best way to do it how to make pipes fit and whatever else. And what would be the best way to make this fit go from 2.5 to a y connection to 3 pipe to both 3.5's ? have no idea how to do this.

Re: BORLA
well if i was you personally i would take it to a muffler shop and have them custom make som couplers for what you need. they have machines that can flare out or reduce pieces to get what you need to fit whereever. it shouldnt cost much. By the time you were to go to somewhere like autozone or wherever and get the prefab ones you might make several trips to get the pieces you need. Also they (Muffler shop) can weld it all up nice and pretty for ya

Re: BORLA
I have the same problem and found this http://www.jegs.com/i/Flowmaster/389/Y250300/10002/-1
You can cut off the y on your Y pipe and weld this pipe in to make it a 3in system. it doesnt look like it would be hard for a shop to do. If you look around the site i think there is a 2.5 to 3.5 conversion too.

Re: BORLA
Do you guys think this would be the better choice? Someone was concerned with the back pressure, although he said it would sound great. Would it still provide the little horses it gives?
And would it still sound great if i go from y pipe to the 2 mufflers to pipe or just leave it as one?
