I'm having trouble uploading because i cant find the cord but pics will be up soon.

So my (Stupid) PO fixed a exhaust leak i had with a cherry shasta can bailing twined to the muffler?

Do i need to get a new muffler? If so how much does a stockish one cost?

Re: Why would someone do this?

if the shasta can seals the leak, then no you dont need a new muffler

if the muffler is that shot, hows the rest of the system? you may need a complete new exhaust, or a lot more cans!

Re: Why would someone do this?

for the price of a stockish, I think you may be better off with an aftermarket one... my preference is Flowmaster, ... others will think otherwise, either because that's how they feel or because they've jumped on the bashing Flowmaster bandwagon... .... I really haven't seen anything wrong with my flowmaster...

Re: Why would someone do this?

Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers sound good on the V6 cars. At idle it'll fool some people into thinking it's a V8. Flowmaster, not so much.
