Exhaust Leak
I have a '91 RS with a TBI 305 and a T5. I also have a MAJOR exhaust leak on the passenger side of the engine. Don't know exactly where yet. How much of that plumbing that is blocking my view of the exhaust manifold can I pull off of this thing without messing things up. I'm not worried about pollution inspection. I have headers planned for the future, might be moving that project up a bit on the calendar.

Re: Exhaust Leak
I had to remove some things from the passenger side in order to install my 2055's.
I removed the airlines from that side.
Removed the diverter box?
Removed the coolant line that travels on that side.
Relocated (bent) dipstick.
Removed the A/C canister.
Removed the hard line that travels from the A/C canister.
The A/C canister inhibits most of the movement in that part of the engine, once that it is out it's just a matter of squeezing your hand down there to tighten or loosen bolts.
Good luck, hope this helps.
