help with catalytic converter

im looking for a cat so i can get my camaro street legal in Texas. i would like to keep the sound and also up the performance i don't know much about cars, so all help is awesome. i really like the muscle car sound it is dual exhaust but not true dual because it only requires one cat. price doesn't really matter but cheaper the better of course.

Re: help with catalytic converter

The magnaflow cat is a commonly reccomended cat. I was going to go with this cat, but decided to buy one at a later date. Here is a link to the thread I started about a month ago with some good info.
