Putting LT1 SLP 2OTL on my IROC?
Doing some exhaust switch-a-roo...I want to take my 93-97 LT1 2OTL off my Z28 and have my work put it on my IROC...which is stock down to the original exhaust.
I see some differing opinions when doing a search. I know I need 4th gen exhaust hangars. The question is, will this exhaust fit all the way to my stock cat? There seems to be argument over whether an LT1 catback will be long enough for a 3rd gen. I've seen mention of having to add a 3" 45 degree flexpipe between the cat and the catback.
All help is appreciated...I love this exhaust on my LT1, been on it since I bought in 2001. I thought this would look more period correct on the IROC than the new SLP Power Flo I will be putting on the Z28 in place of the 2OTL...
