Hello first time on here seen some good info and decided to join....on that note I have had a 69 el camino in the past obviously no smog required. I recently purchased a 78 elki with carbed small block 305. Very stock. The first question is how to remove the air tubes from exhaust manifold. I've soaked, used viscrips, nothing will budge a 9/16 rounds out so I'm for a loss but the **** coming from the manifold are broken or leaking. FYI I don't intend on replacing with new. It won't be my DD. Second is my speedo makes a ton of noise and bounces all over ... feels lose at Tran. But won't tighten just turns 1/4 turn and stops. Thank you very much for info.
