New to camaros needs a hand
So tomorrow I'm finally a 91 Camaro with a 10243880 (350 tbi) five speed I'm still new to building cars so if anyone can offer me help or point me in the right direction id appreciate it.
I'm looking to find true dual exhaust and maybe long tube headers?

Congrats on the car and welcome to the forum! A quick search will find that true duals are a pain on thirdgens, especially long tubes since you have to clear the slave cylinder on the t5. Also I'm assuming someone did a swap as a 350tbi wasn't available in a thirdgen.

Dual exhaust on a third gen F car is a custom only thing really. You will have to fab it up your self or find a local exhaust shop willing to do it (most will not)
I do my own now, but back 16 years ago before I could do it myself I was in the same boat you are in.
I found one local custom shop that was willing to try it. In fact the workers said it can't be done, just run a Y pipe and single. The owner of shop heard that and came out and talked to me. He said he could do it or atleast give it a damn good shot. Told the workers he would handle this one and if he couldn't get it to fit, I didn't have to pay anything. I drove my '84 camaro back up there with open headers and my 2 mufflers that I bought in the back seat. Left the car and 4 hours later he called me back and said it's done, you will love it.
Charged me $200. I already had the headers, reducers, mufflers and turn downs. He supplied 2 pipes and bent and welded everything.
That setup ran 2, 2-1/4" pipes back. One on each side of the trans and driveshaft. Mufflers placed before the rear axle housing and 6" long 2.5" turn downs on the muffler's outlet right under the rear axles.
