Can anyone help me find headers with the smog inlets attached to the headers.

I have shortie headers on right now, I live in Canada so I hope someone can find a Canadian place for me to purchase them from.

You want these headers with the AIR tubes attached. They come with a y-pipe so very little work needs to be done to get them to mate to your catback:
