rattling noise

Axle/Gears: stock 3.73

rattling noise

When I first start my car and drive, I hear a rattle coming from the right side, but it goes away when the engine gets warmer. Could it be an exhaust leak near the cat or the cat itself?

An exhaust leak causes more of a ticking noise.

Could be the cat itself or heat shield.

Question, I've got the same problem at idle. I know it's the heat shield, but how the hell can I stop it from rattleing?!? Everything I can think of to stuff between it and the floorboard would melt.
