With all the different bung styles available, what is the best placement orientation choice for a wide band sensor. Assuming a person has no clearance issues is a 90 degree orientation preferred or will a 45 degree orientation work just as well for accuracy and sensor life? Also, is a 1" deep bung that places just the tip in the exhaust stream the best choice, or is a thin nut style bung that places the sensor well into the exhaust steam a better choice?
