Finely i got the smog
Tonight i finely got the smog pump off (lighter than i thought it would be) and those smog hoses, all thats left is weld on the o2 bung put on the new headers then go to the muffler shop

Did you get the smaller belt? Or did you get the pulley kit? Removing my cats next weekend as well as removing the smog pump. O2 sensor stays where it is. How hard was it to remove the smog pump and hoses?

For the belt i got part number 968k6, i just looked at https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/atta...ltrouting2.gif
The smog pump and hoses wren't too hard the thing that got us was a stripped torx bolt

Yeah GM had a torx fetish on the TPI engines, you need a good set of torx heads so you don't strip them (Husky is really good)
