Okay i have hedman 68460 i was wondering how hard is it to install the driver side header also how tight should my bolts be?

The headers were a easy installation tighten bolts with a 3/8 ratchet, I prefer locking style hardware also if you have a air conditioner plan to modify blower motor box after the header rubs and burns through the plastic or at least in my case I had to.
