Will these headers fit 3rd Gens?

I have a 1984 with a 350 in it, i get so much exhaust coming out of my headers, so much smoke at least. i think either the seal is bad, or maybe their ports are too small for the 350 the previous owner swapped in.

anyways, link:

There is an entire thread devoted to those headers. It's several pages long. I believe long story short, most members had fitment issues. The primary tubes needed to be dented with a hammer or in some cases the bolt holes didn't line up. Like you I really hoped those would work because $300 stainless steel long tube header is cheap. Thats like as cheap as parts for an 80s mustang 302 cheap.

Are their any manifolds that do provide a direct fit that you know of? Or could I get a link to that thread, the search function on this site is kind of... Not the best. I'm still trying to figure it out. I'll check out that build!

I was also considering just saying scree the stock exhaust and going with side pipes.

Its the thread directly below this one. They bolt in, but minor modifications seem to be needed.

I just posted in it about how they are $88.88 right now.

Also,

You will need to rework the exhaust and be prepared to have the MIL light on for the cat delete unless you write it out.

Someone already removed the cat from my exhaust system and kind of didn't put it back together all that great, it's why I'm looking at alternatives.
