Check valve
A "pneumatic diode ", if you will.
It allows fresh air to go into the exhaust, but prevents exhaust from backing up into the AIR pump.

Hmm, with engine running, I can hear and feel exhaust popping out of it. Also, can't seem to locate on sites like Advance and Autozone.

Thanks Tuned, that is perfect! And after further review, I am going to need the piece that it threads onto. That is what has threads broke off, but the valve has the broken threads in it, impossible to remove.
