2 in 2 out muffler
Has anyone used a 2 in-2 out muffler and if so was there a performance and sound improvement? Thank you

Matters on muffler choice but you can get a sound increase. Shouldn't receive any performance boost unless you do the minimum of a new catback system.

The real question is what are you trying to achieve and why do you think you need a two in muffler to do it?

Are you wanting it in the middle of the car? I only use those on trucks. I've seen them on g-bodies behind the diff like a GN.

Re: 2 in 2 out muffler
I have a Pipes Race Pro that did not work out for my 80 T/A. It is the same size as the original so it looks like it will be a even swap.
I just have it sitting in garage so I thought might as well check with 3rd gen members top hear their experience.
So just basically checking to see if anyone has gone from a 1 in two out to a 2 on 2 out.
Yes, it will sit right where the original one is.
Thank you all for our input
