Has anyone tried this? The headers look similar but I wasnt sure. That would save me the time of making one.
I'm talking about the Y pipe for their budget headers.

Thanks

Speed Engineering any different than other Ebuy headers? most of them come with Y-pipe?
this one looks like it probably would fit and would be "better" then they include because of better merge pipe that on it
and they offer different size pipes so it may be close and still not fit? - its a crap shoot IMO
Hawks Y-pipe

Most of the ebay swap headers are close if not the same header. They appear to be the same as Hawks budget headers. I'm thinking that I'll try the y pipe from Hawks and see how it fits.

Yes they do fit together. My friend used them when we built his LS/T56 swapped ‘92. And I think LSXMatt used them on his car, but modified the y-pipe for better ground clearance. Check his YouTube vids, pretty sure it’s on there.

It will work but doesnt have the best clearance. A custom one would be better

yes, i'm using it with the speed engineering headers. like others said, the y pipe doesn't give the best clearance.

When I tried, it fit like garbage and hung way down. I had it modified a good bit. Better off just having one built, compared to paying for something twice, like I did.
