Long tube headers and exhaust combo!
I have a 90 Iroc with the 350 auto. I soon am swapping it with a T56 through hawks motorsports. I was wondering the best Long tube headers for the car, I really only care about sound and making sure it’ll fit with the t56 or if that isn’t even a problem. Also should I just straight pipe it? Or get a certain muffler? I am pretty knew you cars and am still in high school so any help would be appreciated!

Hooker 2210 long tubes.
If you're gonna go with true dual you might want to invest in a Blackheart crossmember. It's made for an LS swap but folks have had success using it with a 350. Makes routing the exhaust much easier.

I've got the 2210s using a home made y-pipe to a 4 inch single pipe to a flowmaster so I can't speak to a dual setup.
Good luck.

I'm running the Hooker BlackHeart 2.5" true dual exhaust with the newer Hawks T56 crossmember with plenty of clearance

You should absolutely straight pipe your first car so you'll be set up for the rest of your life to never do such a dumb thing again.

Re: Long tube headers and exhaust combo!
What’s the budget? What do you want the exhaust pipes to do in the rear? Single outlet? Dual outlet? Turn downs? Chrome tips?
Cheapest would be eBay long tubes and y pipe with a 3” single exhaust, used if you can find it to save money.
The full Hooker Blackheart dual setup with matching headers, exhaust, and trans crossmember is over $2k.
