The New King Of Exhaust Pipes... Enter the Z Pipe!

Very cool piece. He says they tested several aftermarket x-pipes on his car, and the factory piece was the best (Kudos GM). And this made 25 RWHP more than that! Very impressive. But the cost....$1000.00 - $1400.00.

I guess you have to assume with a car performing at this level, even the very best exhaust presents a significant restriction, and this z-pipe is able to relieve one of those choke points. Obviously you would not see that return with my L03, but still an impressive piece. Looks like a perfect fit in the cat area of our cars....

Fluid MotorUnion has a more realistic 5hp gain over an x-pipe. It does change the sound a little.
