Clogged Cat?

There wouldnt happen to be a way to check fer a clogged cat w/o removing either the imtermediate pipe, the y-pipe or both, is there?

why do you think its clogged? if you a) lost a lot of power all of a sudden, or b) can feel almost no exhaust pressure coming out of the tailpipes, then chances are you need a new cat. those are the only ways i know to check without taking stuff apart. a few weeks back,i lost all power. the car would bog down. i also had a hissing noise (kinda sounded like a turbo!!) coming from the back of the car. no tailpipe pressure. put in a new cat, and voila!!! power is back, but i lost the turbo sound
