Well from the factory you wont because the RS's couldnt get them as an option. If someone has installed them on your car, then look under your passenger side right after the front tire and if you see two big things stuck on two exhaust pipes then you have dual cats. If there is only one pipe and only one big thing, then you have a single cat.

Only top model TPI cars got them with G92.

89rsgirl, sounds like your really interested in this stuff. If I were you, I'd invest in a shopmanual from Pep Boys or the like. Only about $10 and taught me all I need to know about what's on my car and how to fix it... Just a suggestion. A map for your car's mechanics!
