89 Spoiler
I am looking for a spoiler for my 89 Trans Am GTA. I keep finding them for $400 that i believe that price is ridiculous when someone can get a 98-02 hatch and spoiler for $250. I dont care on the color of the spoiler because I am in the process of repainting the car anyways. I live in Muskegon, MI. If someone has one and would be willing to sell it that would be great. Thanks.

Yeah I looked into that and read up that they do. Just think that $400 is a lot of money for a spoiler. especially when there is another $140 about for shipping.

Re: 89 Spoiler
It is true that ALL of the original wrap around spoilers get some type of damage. I have one that multiple people are interested in, however I really don't want to ship it. Just to show you the type of damage that occurs, this is minor compared to the spoiler on my 90 Formula.
This is on my 89 Formula parts car, (if you are looking for anything else here is one of my threads, there are three total threads, one in each section: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/exte...ula-305-a.html)
Anyway here are pictures of the damage that occurs on the corners of every original spoiler I have seen that is this style:

The one on my blue 90 Formula was actually rotten on the top driver side corner where the bolts are and I dug it out, they are made out of some type of rubber material. I then got a putty that would work and filled in the hole after I removed everything rotten, sealed it and repainted it. It's not perfect, but it looks pretty good for $10 fix.
