k fab. gurus, how do I do this?
My85 TA is getting a serious make over and I want to modify my nose, what I plan to do is extend the length of the fog light holes and give it a bit of an inner lip so it doesn't look as if it came that way..
Here is a drawing of the modification to go with my cars concept.

Thanks for the link one binky, that helpe me out some.
ok, I finalized my concept nose and will start fabbing it as soon as a figure out how the hell to make a foam model. Do I have to make an identical model out of styrafoam or do make a make a basic outline to lay the fiberglass over. Once I lay the fiberglass on the foam model does it just like pop out or will i have to destroy the foam model? I would want to keep a model just for the sake of being able to make another. somewhere where I can get a better idea of just what i'll have to get "links, sites, etc." that would be cool.
Here it is if anyones interested in seein it, part 4th gen part 91-92 and part TA. I need opinions.

If you want a perminent model, make it out of foam first. Then lay your glass out on it. You will have to "carve" the foam out of the fiberglass once it's cured. Then cover all the low spots with duct tape, and fill it with plaster of paris. Wait for it to cure, then carefully remove it from the fiberglass. Now you have a perminent mold that only requires minimal working for a final product
