Longtube/t56/crossmember?

Does anyone know who's car this is? I'd like to mimic their crossmember so I can tuck my LTs up higher. So anyone with measurements, screen names etc, please help.
I posted this in the exhaust section and got no response.

The frame rail that that passenger side header tube is going under is usually one of the lower points on our cars… that setup would have almost no ground clearance at stock ride height.

The driver’s side on the other hand… that is probably better then what most people do with long tubes.

The passenger side front subframe rail actually angles up at the back. The dirver's side rail is much lower at that point. He probably has as much clearance on the pass. side as he does on the other with that crossmember.

It looks like the passenger side sits about an inch lower than the transmission case, it's hard to tell at the angle of the pic. I'm guessing it has pretty good ground clearance the way it is.
