Headlight mods

I was hoping I could get some of you members that have done modifications to your headlights (replaced them with different lights, or modified them somehow) to post pics of your modifications. I'm trying to get some ideas for my project so I want to see what you guys have tried! Thanks.

IIRC the easiest conversion (read: least body work and nearly bolt in) is the 89-98 (I think) Silverado headlight conversion. Silverado headlights are nearly the same size as our headlights, *I think* they look cleaner and have cheaper bulb replacement...I've heard the light dispersion isn't as good as our factory lights, but I imagine that could be remedied. Lauren Engineering was working on a kit, but I don't know if it ever got anywhere. Here's a pic of the finished results
