Mounting license plate bracket

I'm painting my car and i want to relocate my license plate between my fog lights but havn't yet got a license plate frame. Before I buy one, would it fit over my existing set-up or am I going to have to drill some holes to mount it.

i have a firebird myself, but I believe there are stock inserts that you mount a front plate to rather than saying CAMARO or having the bowtie. So you would just have to get ahold of a used one and swap it over.

The mounting bracket will cover the word camaro, you will also have to drill some holes for it. If you don't need the front lincense plate, you shouln't even worry about it or just put in in your front windshield.

Don't cops hassle you for havin it in your window though john? I don't know anyone that puts there lisence plate there for fear of being constantly pulled over for it.

You could always do this Hotrodders Photo Gallery - 007 hide away licence plate

I bought mine from Chevy/GM for about $20. May be easier and less hassle to hit up your local Chevy/GM and get one for your car + screws + you have it today... if not, CamaroSC could help ya out.
