Rear suspension Fabrication

I did a search before resulting to posting this, I have seen pictures of fabed rear suspension parts all over the board but no blueprints, measurements,or material list. if I over looked a post please point it out to me. I planed on fabricating a torque arm, rear lca's, rear lca relocation brackets, and a adjustable panhard bar for some live hours in my chassie fab class.

Re: Rear suspension Fabrication

the best advice i can give you on the LCA's and panhard is to measure a stock length one to as precise as you can and try to match it.. making adjustable units would be an easier way to get them perfect..

Re: Rear suspension Fabrication

I know this is going to sound stupid, but im up here at school in pennsylvania and my car is in florida, its a track car so I couldn't drive it here, which is why I was asking for measurements.

Re: Rear suspension Fabrication

I did a back half on my car a few months ago and I can't even give you any measurements.

If you're going to fabricate suspension components, it would help to have the car or the parts you want to fabricate from, with you.

Re: Rear suspension Fabrication

Yes, all 3rd & 4th gens share the same rear suspension components.

I'd go measure mine for ya, but can't right now. Sorry.
