Nice execution, perhaps not the ideal build, but make do with what you got.

Quality craftsmanship.

Beautiful work. Screw the naysayers. Imagination is what got us on wheels in the first place.

What was the topic again...Just looked at the shot of the blonde on the rear.

You guys are crazy.. think about it! A 56 that drives like an IROC! Ive always loved the 55-57 chevys. Awesome job!

Re: Anyone ever see a 1956 IROC?

Man, you naysayers are friggin hilarious! It's a sad day when someone actually laments the demise of an 86 Iroc when it's going to a classic such as a 56 Chev. Sorry guys, I may own a thirdgen, but I don't even consider it in the same category as the 55-57's. In fact, I could dump 100 grand into my thirdgen, and it still wouldn't get a fraction of the attention that my 69 Camaro gets. I just take the 69 to the gas station and back, and I have people fawning all over it. It's the same way with 55-57 Chevys. You just can't compare our thirdgens to classic iron like that! If it'll make you guys feel any better, just go to the production specs on this site for 1986 and take a look at how many Irocs were cranked out that year. There were more Irocs built in 86 than any other year. In other words, no big loss. Kudos to a job very well done! I only wish I had a fraction of the fabrication skills it requires to do a job like that!

I check the forums almost daily but never post, but to see that people are critizing your project is absolutly insane. Its YOUR project not theirs. Very nice work!
