Idea about rear bumper
Im constantly tweeking the look of my car and lately I have been thinking about making my rear bumper to where there are cut outs for exhaust tipps. Right now my tipps sit under the bumper, my question is have any of you done this or seen it done if so post some pics and tell how you did it, Or do you know of any company that makes after market bumpers like this

There's nothing terribly difficult about doing an exhaust cut out. The plastic is fairly soft and can be cut with a sharp razor knife. The question I have is how much heat is coming off your exhaust tips and will it effect your bumper cover?
Lots of guys have done exhaust cut outs here though.

Have a look at these bumpers, they ain't exactly what you described, they bring the bumper down a a few inches so the exhaust sits it the cut outs. definitely gives it a cool and different look, was thinking about one of these myself.
Alternatively there is one bumper that has the hole cut outs for the exhausts though it looks horrible to me, search for the "sniper" body kit.

The problem with doing exhaust notches, is that the bumper reinforcement is "too low". The bumper cover only extends about 1"-1.5" below the reinforcement, so you can do much of a notch. Unless you are willing to notch the metal reinforcement piece.
I think the first 2 will fit with barely trimming the reinfircement, but the 3rd will require a good deal of cutting.
