Hey everyone, I'm in the process of making custom hood pin disks if anyone is interested; (I've attached an image file of the computer render). Once I get them, I'll also upload a few photos of the nylon prototypes and post the price per set (of two).

Obviously, they will not have the name "Laythrom" stamped on them, that is only for the prototype step.

Hood disks will be made out of milled 6061 T6 Aluminum and will be made available in a clear finish and a few anodized colors.

 

Dimensions? Price?

 

Dimensions are 2.5" in diameter with an overall height of 3/16" and the inside pin hole is just large enough for a 1/2" pin. As for price, that'll be posted once I get the thermoplastic prototypes back from NY (should be the next couple days); then I'll be able to make sure the design is good, figure stock and machining costs.

 

Any news on a price?
