Heater/AC delete panel??
I'm curious if anyone has fabbed a plate to cover that big ugly hole in the firewall left behind from removing a heater/ac system.

I've seen a few guys use the fiberglass ones you can buy from hawks. Haven't really seen any creative fab work done with this. Get some template paper and start tracing and trimming. That's what I plan on doing

Fabirglass firewall panel would not be nhra legal.
I was going to suggest the aluminum one on eBay as well.
As for fabbing, it doesn't get much easyier than this one. It's just a flat panel.

Re: Heater/AC delete panel??
I found it easier to do two pieces. Less angles to cut. Plus the round hole has a lip so I did a square and did little bends on the corners so it would seal the hole and sit flat on the firewall.
