this has been asked several times. and it seems to die on the vine after a few post. but is anybody making billet hood hinges for the third generation Camaro. not rumors not thinking about not talking about it but actually making have them for sale and continuing to make them.?

 

I have been wondering about this too for a long time, i'm still waiting on a gib to fix my cnc mill so its accurate with surfacing. Its currently giving some funky table slop.

After i fix the mill, i might look into it, the biggest gripe i have is design. Tho if someone else has access to a .stl or .dxf it would make it even more possible.

I kinda figured since there has been lots of talk about it but no one really ever came through best to source it yourself if possible.

 

I don't have that type of tooling or I could do it myself. it's not hard it just requires cutting the pieces and putting them together. if you just have somebody cut the pieces putting them together is not a problem..they can be cut from just plate aluminum doesn't have to be billet. GM didn't make rocket science when they made them.
