Its good to have options.

My mom has a 97 Nissan pathfinder. While doing a brake job, I noticed this steering box and thought right away that maybe it could be used when fabin our cars for a engine transplant or customization. Just wanted to throw this out there for all to see and maybe need/want to help with their build. I thought it was pretty neat when I saw it first. Anyways, hope this may help someone someday.

(edit) Rag joints go on either end so its easier to hook up instead of trying to find the right splines ect...

Yeah but what's the input to output ratio on it? Don't wanna have to turn the wheel over 6 times to get 2 inches of turn or something lol.

Its 1:1 ratio. Its not a steering "gear".... it says "transfer" so on my ma's rig, after this "transfer" gear, it goes straight to the rack.
