Is it possible to change my Firebird's interior lighting color??

Yes, it is, I have been wondering for a while if you could actually change the color of your gauge lights on our Firebirds. Camaros are easy. Firebirds are a little more "involved". First off, begin dismantling your IC (Instrument Cluster). Take off the face, the clear plastic, all of it, until you are down to your gauges, and lots o light bulbs. If you will notice, when you pull out your gas gauge (yes, it just pops out) the back of it is painted a flourescent orange. So are the backs of all of your other gauges. So is the plate that goes on top of them. We need to get rid of that orange. You have two options. Paint everything orange a nice bright white, then just change the color of the bulbs, or paint everything orange the bright color of your choice. (You will need to take off your dash pad to remove your speedometer). Either way you do it, just keep tring till you get a nice color. I have not figured out the AC Panel color yet, but everything else is just a film that can be removed. I may swap the AC panel out of my bird for a camaros. (I believe it will work)The light above the AC panel has a film too, pull it out, and insert a color of your choice. This is what I found by getting bored and taking my car apart. Let me know if there is anything to add.
