The 25th Anniversary Heritage Package (RPO code ZO3) was strictly an appearance package available on all 1992 Camaros (Z28's, RS's, and convertibles). All 1992 Camaros are technically "25th Anniversary" models as they all got a "25th Anniversary" emblem on the passenger side dashboard below the Z28 or RS emblem. However, not all 1992 Camaros got the Heritage Package.
The Heritage Package included the popular rally stripes on the hood and decklid, and an exterior "25th Anniversary" emblem on the driver's side of the decklid. RS models also received a body colored grill and the headlight pockets were painted black. Available color combinations were white w/ red stripes, black w/ red stripes, and red w/ black stripes. Later on purple haze w/ silver stripes and polo green w/ gold stripes were added as available color combinations.

The '92 Z28 with Heritage Appearance Package also received a color-keyed front grill, not just the RS.

next question --- where can I get a stripe kit??? my red & silver '88 sport coupe w/ wing really could use silver stripes!!!!! someone tell me!

 

Classic Industries has them, though I think they only have red or black stripes last time I checked. You might be able to find silver stripes through a dealer, maybe?
