WTB early model TA "prefer 82" ttop v8 TX
Yeah I thought id throw in my hat at this and see what I could come up with,
lookin for an early model Trans Am carbed model must be ttop, would really love an 82 cause of the larger vents on the fenders, prefered driveable but a lil tlc never hurt anyone, V8 a must and dont matter on the tranny, lookin to spend up to 2500 if income tax does me ok this year, Anywhere in Texas, the last car I went to Alabama for and broke down 3 months later and cant get it runnin again

the larger vents is a simple easy swap
that shouldnt affect your decision on buying a car at all
wierd...
why cant you make the other one you bought run ? it cant be that major or very costly to fix, then you could sell/trade it for an earlier one if its not already and early one, chevy engines are simple to work on, a monkey can do it and the parts are dirt common
a little elbow grease will save you $ and get you ahead, by far, i dont see what has stopped you from fixing it and either driving it or trading/selling it, i dont understand ? it doesnt take a rocket scientist to work on these old things, they are really super basic., and its highly unlikely you will find a 2500$ car that doesnt need something or other done to it, either mechanically or physically, so..
2500 is really super cheap for a perfect car, in which it sounds like you want for this cheap
look at this ttop one for 2500 its not evne together:
see what i mean ?
