Hello all, this is my first post here. I've stumbled upon this forum every once in a while in my search for a Trans Am for the last couple of months, and decided to leave a post here to see if it gets anywhere.

I am looking for a Trans Am GTA, preferably '87, '88 or '89. Obviously I would like the miles to be some amount under 100k, and the car to be in pretty nice shape.

However I am on Long Island. If there is anyone here that is selling one on or near Long Island, or knows someone who is, I am interested.

edit: Type of vehicle I'm looking for is automatic.

What is your budget? I have an all original perfect 87 GTA with 6K miles, on the original gatorbacks. Car is museum quality

I'm up in VT and have a very very clean 98K mile 88 GTA with 5.7
Needs a new spoiler, otherwise just get in and drive it. The A/C was removed for the intent of putting in that new R34 kit but never did it. Good tires, new brakes, new stainless flowmaster from manifolds back including high flow cat, new accel plugs/wires/coil/cap/rotor, no rips, no stains, even still has the original 1988 cell phone in it. Dash needs a new cover and door lock actuators are weak- those are the things I've got planned to work on. Not a speck of rust anywhere. Passed NH and VT state inspections easily.
PM me if you want pics- I want $6200 for it, so even with having to replace the spoiler you're well within budget. Adult owned- not beaten.

i have a friend here on long island with a GTA with the digital dash . needs a little work but as far as i know a complete car . has not run in a while so it will need a little work .
