FYI-I read the GP rules and followed them. It states that if you (TGO) does not have a supporting vendor willing/able to meet the request then another vendor can step up. That is what I did before UMI set up their GP. once that GP was set up I contacted no one else. And I only had maybe 2 orders from TGO folks so I do not think I put a cramp into the number of orders that was expected.

 

My order was waiting at my door when I got home from work yesterday.
Kudos to the team at UMI for great customer service.

All orders have been processed and we are beginning to ship as many as we can. We are *trying* our best to ship in the order they are received but alot depends on stock and how many items you ordered.

I would like to get in on the GP for your A arms, I may have a buyer for my Spohn A arms, everything is dependent on how fast you get a picture posted up on here. I just have a hard time ordering without seeing a pic!

 

Just placed order online for lcarbs and lca's hope to get them soon to enjoy the difference thay will make!

Great news on the a arms. I'm ready to order a set, just wanna see some pics before spending $$$$$$. Do you perceive any issues with using lowering springs with them? I'm using a Prokit.

I assume they would be fine, made by the same company, just a lower stance. So diameter should be the same as a Pro-kit

 

So the A-arms are available? Hit big at the indian casino this weekend so I'm ready to put an order in, If they're available I'd like to put it in all at once.

Here are the lower A-Arm pictures as promised. Photoshop is only half completed but I wanted to get them up. If you are interested please let me know, I will be posting a close date for the GP shortly.

 

How do you know where to "index" the spring?

 

Just eye-ball it close to factory. The spring can sit pretty much any where you want it to. Once the weight of the vehicle comes down the spring sits flat. It doesn't matter where it sits, we just line it up where the stock spring sat from factory on all our installs.

Ryan, Im VERY intersested in those a-arms... but will they work on the BMR or Spohn x-member? Or are you guys planning a x-member for 82-92? You know we are long overdue for new UMI stuff! lmk asap

 

Placed my order yesterday. I got SFC's, LCA's & brackets, Panhard bar, Wonderbar, and A-arms. Can't wait to tear my car apart once again...

We hope to have our K-Member for the 82-92 models released sometime in the near future. We have been working on it as we have time.

As far as our A-Arms, they are designed to work with the stock k-member. This means as long as the aftermarket K-member accepts the factory A-Arms then there should be no reason why ours will not work. Just ask the company if there K-member accepts factory A-Arms.

Any plans for a TH400 crossmember/torque arm package? Also, I can't find the a-arms anywhere on your site. Is this an email order thing?

 

We hope to have a TH400 version released in the near future, sorry I couldn't help right away. But shortly.
