Hood blisters on a B4C?

My 1991 B4C has hood blisters. Could this have come factory this way or is this just a Z28 hood on my B4C?

Car: 2000 astro

Engine: 4.3

Transmission: A4

Axle/Gears: 7.5 with 3.42 gears

as far as i know, the b4c cars came with the regular hoods only.

your z28 hood was likely added later on.
