Does anyone else think this is weird?
89 Iroc,
That does seem odd.
I am no options expert, but that would have had to be ordered that way because of all the special option packages that were offered to prevent what you have from happening. I think it would have been more costly on the window sticker to have it your way.
I would like to see a picture of a 1989 IROC-Z with roll up windows.

According to the Camaro White Book. Thats the way they came. Four option levels, FZAB=no options, FZA1=minimal options, no power, FZA2=tilt, air, cruise, power locks, power hatch, but no power windows, they only come with FZA3, the top option level. I find this odd also.
GM did some weird option packages from 87 on up, but anything goes before 87. My 86 442 has power locks, tilt, cruise, posi, AC and power antennae, but no power windows, seats or rear window defogger. It makes you wonder howm much more would it have cost to add those few items. I can see the big ticket items like AC or TTops, but no power windows when you have power locks? I just don't understand!

I ran across an 88 Fromula 350 a few years back. It had NO options whatsoever, no cruise, no power locks or windows, no AC, no rear hatch defog. The only option it had was the Power antenna, and top radio option with the EQ. Almost bought it for 3K, and 69000 miles.
