I can tell you right away that he either has the wrong vin, or the car is a hackjob.
3 states that the car was built in mexico. no thirdgens were ever built in mexico, only 82-88 el camino's were built there to my knowledge.
if you run that vin thru carfax, it will show up as an el camino.
1 is u.s.
2 is canada
3 is mexico

I question the authenticity of carfax.
That vin looked like an El Camino vin number to me.
An 86 I looked at last year had a similar vin.
