What's this RPO mean? E9Z : SPEEDOMETER KEY (DELETE)

Drew before you get excited, I know it's not a rare code or whatever all I want to know is what the key delete means.

It is my understanding that this is meant to indicate you have an electrical VSS actuated speedometer as opposed to a mechanical cable driven one.

I don't think there is a code. The rev limiter is contained in the chip.
