Sway Bar sizes??

I currently own a 91' RS and am about to buy a set of WS6 sway bars from a guy, but lately I've been reading some post that if your RS came with a quick-ratio steering box that it also came with the bigger sway bars???

Is this true? I can't go out and check my bars, because my car is at the shop.......so with this logic, if I have a quick-ratio steering box, I should have 36mm up front and 24 mm in back right??

I've never seen an RS with the 36/24 combo. Almost all are 34/21 or 32/21.
