help me out...value of my TPI?

I have an 86 TA that I've had about 6 months. I bought it as a project and it turned out great, but I have bills to pay.

305 HO, good body/no rust, new paint, PA state inspection good thru 8/03, car has 104k on it, engine was replaced at 89k and I put a new 700r4 in it at about 99k. Power everything, good interior(alls good except some rips in the driver seat...seat covers!) New accell 8.5 mm plug wires, new starter, plugs, hoses, belts, and exhaust. Open element air filter, pioneer cd player and pioneer 6x9's(new). Also new Firestone Firehawk 16x8 tires(4)

what do you all think I should ask? Sorry my pics aren't in yet.

thanks guys, ciao

From what you've stated so far, I'd say around $3500-ish. I got mine for $2500, fewer miles (96K), have many similarities, other than yours has fresher paint which is why I give you the higher price possability. This old of a car, it comes down to what someone is willing to pay for it.

The fact that the engine, tranny and paint were all replaced is a big red flag to a lot of people. Even if all of those parts seem great i'd only guess maybe $2k or so, maybe 3 if was nearly mint, which it's not cine it has a ripped driver's seat which implies that the rest of the interior is 104k mile looking as well.

If you want to know what it's worth though, best bet is check local papers and autotraderonline.com

BTW, this isn't a truly tech post, or even a TPI car, so i'm going to move it to history and restoration, which at least kinda relates to buying a thirdgen, where drew will probably get mad and mve it somewhere else or close it.

Somewhere in the $3000 area I'd guess. If you price it too high it'll never sell, if you price it too low you'll lose more money.
