J65 question

Didn't all 350 cars come with disc rear brakes? Wasn't it included with the oil cooler and the other stuff when the L98 was ordered?

The L98 cars required the KC4 oil cooler, J65 disc brakes and I believe they also required G80 LSD. I've heard of a disc brake rear end shortage in 90-91, but I have yet to see a L98 car without discs at all four wheels.

I have a 91 Z28 with a L98 (350 motor), G92, and it does NOT have J65. It has drums in the rear.

Must be included in that shortage I guess since G92 required J65.

A friend of mine has a 1987 Formula Firebird 350 and he does have drums on the rear of the car. He is also the original owner.
