What does this mean?

Running my RPOs on my 88 IROC I got this: 1A2 : SEO VEHICLE, PUBLIC SERVICE. What was this option for? Also it was a stripe delete car. Was this door decals and/or the stripes or both?

Both; the "IROC" door decals and the stripes were deleted. The IROC-Z badges on the rear fascia and rocker panels were retained, and "(5.7) TUNED PORT INJECTION" decals on the rocker panels, below the IROC badge and rear fascia were retained.

B4C

When did the B4C come into being? I could run a carfax check to check owners I guess. Its not going to matter much, it was repainted (black) and I like the way it looks sans striping.
