Hope this has not been posted before, but I thought some of you Camaro fans woud enjoy this. 82 Indy pace car with 47 Original miles! 4 wheel disk brakes, crossfire injection. Only 25% had 4wheel disk brakes. Here is a pic:

That is awesome!! I know I tossed around the idea of picking one up several years ago that had only 16 miles on it..

That car belongs to Larry Christensen (SP?) and I think the pic was taken where he stores ALL his Camaros. I believe he has every Camaro pace car, one of the remaining ZL1s and a couple of the GMMG ZL1 conversions -- he owns the yellow one currently on the cover of GMHightechperformance. Lucky guy! BTW, what was the price on the 16 mile pace car you looked at?

 

They were asking 29K for the 16 mile car..

His name sounds familiar..He has a nice collection for sure!!

Larry lives in Colorado and has many nice cars. He also has a 69 Yenko Camaro and a 2002 Brickyard 400 SS. He also owns all 4 Camaro Indy 500 Pace cars and the 97 Brickyard car also seen in that pic.

The picture was taken at the World of Wheels show. He won 1st place for display at that show.

THe 82 pace cars are wonderfull cars.
To bad right now The one I own is up for sale. Dont have the time to mess with it.
