Original Window Sticker
I just bought an '89 GTA yesterday. The owner (original owner) transferred all of the paperwork to the car including the original MSRP sticker. I was thinking of laminating it. Any reason not to? I actually cannot believe I am asking this, but I have a couple friends who thought laminating the window sticker would be a bad idea.
So figured I should make sure as I intend to show the car in a few years.
I can't see a problem with laminating the orininal MSRP, but if anyone thinks or knows otherwise - let me know.
Thanks!

My wife is a professional scrapbooker and said that the paper used for windowstickers is not acid free paper. Sealing the paper in a laminate will allow the acid to eat away at the paper at an accelerated rate. She recommends getting the window sticker duplicated at a store called Archivers and laminating the copy. Or you can go any copy store and get a copy done there. they won't be using acid free paper, but it won't be destroying the original.

I have this binder that is filled with clear plastic sleeves. like you would use for a report in school or a business meeting. I keep my documentation in those.
Xeroxing a copy or 2 of it probably wouldnt be a bad idea either.
